Policies

After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment time, prep guide, directions and a basic contract. The contract must be signed prior to the photoshoot. If you have any questions or need something changed, please let me know.

Deposits:

I do not currently require a deposit on bookings, because my clients have been amazing at keeping and showing up for their appointments on time. Thank you so much!

Payment:

Photo sessions can be paid  in cash the day of the photoshoot, or I can email you an invoice directly after the shoot to be paid via credit card. I do not accept checks. 

If you would like more images than your package includes, they are $10 each. A second invoice will be sent via email to cover any additional images selected.

 All payments must be made in full prior to the release of images.

Late Policy:

Please call or text 330-541-6865 if you are running late or need further directions. I often have back-to-back bookings, so we may need to reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Please give at least 2 days notice for all cancellations. I can always reschedule your appointment to a different day or time!

Weather:

I am unable to photograph if it is raining or snowing, due to potential damage to my camera. I try to give as much notice as possible for cancellations.

Retouching:

My packages all include basic fly away hair removal, eye and teeth brightening and some skin retouching. Please bring a comb or brush and make sure your clothing has been ironed, as I do not provide wrinkle removal or extensive retouching of hair.

Final Photos:

I will email you a link to download and/or purchase prints of the photos you have selected from your personal Gallery page. Due to storage constraints, galleries are available for two weeks, so please make your selections, download and order prints or canvases within that time.

Referrals:

I offer a 20% discount for referrals! This is available for both the person who has referred you and the past customer person who gave the referral. Thank you for your business!
