Booking & Confirmation

After scheduling your session with Katie, your local Strongsville photographer, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Appointment date and time
  • Session prep guide
  • Location directions (for Strongsville or nearby Northeast Ohio locations)
  • A basic photography contract

The contract must be signed prior to your photoshoot.
If you have any questions or need to make changes, please let me know. 

Deposits

For photography sessions lasting 2 hours or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Deposit must be paid before your scheduled photo session
  • Deposit is applied toward your final balance

This policy applies to extended sessions such as senior photography in Strongsville, engagement shoots in Brunswick, and family photography sessions in Northeast Ohio.

Payment Policy

I aim to make payment easy and flexible for all Northeast Ohio clients:

  • Cash accepted on the day of your photoshoot
  • Credit card payments available via emailed invoice after your session
  • Checks are not accepted

Additional images beyond your package are available:

  • $10 per additional image
  • A second invoice will be sent for any extra selections

All payments must be made in full before final images are delivered.

Late Policy

If you are running late for your session in Strongsville or surrounding areas:

  • Please call or text 330-541-6865 as soon as possible
  • Sessions may need to be shortened or rescheduled due to back-to-back bookings

I strive to accommodate all clients across Northeast Ohio, so punctuality helps ensure the best experience for everyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans change!

  • Please provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for cancellations
  • Sessions can be rescheduled to a new date or time based on availability

This applies to all sessions, including family photos in Parma, senior portraits in North Royalton, and engagement sessions in Berea.

Weather Policy

As a Northeast Ohio photographer, weather can be unpredictable.

  • Sessions cannot take place in rain or snow due to equipment safety
  • You will be notified as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary

I will work with you to find the next best date for your outdoor photography session in the Northeast Ohio area.

Retouching Policy

All photography packages include basic retouching:

  • Flyaway hair removal
  • Eye brightening
  • Teeth whitening
  • Skin retouching

Please note:

  • Extensive retouching of hair is not included
  • Wrinkle removal on clothing is not provided

For best results during your Strongsville photo session, please:

  • Bring a comb or brush
  • Ensure clothing is ironed

Final Photos & Gallery Delivery

After your session, you will receive:

  • A private online gallery
  • A link to download your selected images
  • Options to purchase professional prints and canvases

Important:

  • Galleries are available for 2 weeks only due to storage limits
  • Please download your images and place any print orders within that timeframe
