Booking & Confirmation for Northeast Ohio Photography Sessions

After you book with your local Strongsville, Ohio photographer, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

Appointment date and time
Session prep guide
Location directions for Strongsville or nearby Northeast Ohio spots
Your photography contract (must be signed before the photoshoot)

Deposits for Cleveland Wedding Photography Packages & Extended Sessions

For all sessions lasting 2 hours or longer—including my Cleveland Wedding Photography Packages, Senior photography in Strongsville, engagement shoots in Brunswick, and family photography sessions in Northeast Ohio—a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

Deposit must be paid before your scheduled session
Deposit is credited toward your final balance

Payment Policy – Flexible Options for Northeast Ohio Clients

Katie Scalmato Photography makes payment simple for all Northeast Ohio clients:

Cash accepted on the day of your photoshoot
Credit card payments via secure emailed invoice after your session
No personal checks

Additional images beyond your package (including those in Cleveland Wedding Photography Packages) are $10 each. A second invoice will be sent for extras. All payments must be completed before final images are delivered.

Late Policy for Strongsville & Northeast Ohio Sessions

Running late for your session in Strongsville or surrounding Northeast Ohio areas? Please call or text 330-541-6865 immediately. Due to back-to-back bookings, late arrivals may require a shortened session or rescheduling. Punctuality helps me deliver the best experience for every Cleveland Wedding Photography Packages client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy – Northeast Ohio Photography Contract Terms

Life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions can be moved based on availability.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Northeast Ohio Photography

As a Strongsville, Ohio photographer serving the unpredictable Northeast Ohio climate, sessions cannot be held in rain or snow to protect equipment. You will be notified as early as possible. We’ll work together to reschedule your outdoor session—whether it’s a family shoot, senior portraits, or a Maternity session. For wedding bookings, we will have a Plan B in place in case of rain.

Retouching Policy Included in Every Photography Contract

All photography packages include professional basic retouching:

Flyaway hair removal
Eye brightening
Teeth whitening
Skin retouching

Not included: Extensive hair restyling or wrinkle removal on clothing. For best results in your Strongsville photo session, bring a comb/brush and ensure clothing is ironed. Full details are listed in your wedding photography contract or standard photography contract.

After your session you will receive:

A private online gallery
Direct download link for your selected images
Options to order professional prints and canvases

Galleries remain active for 2 weeks. Please download your images and place print orders within this window.
